This is a Licensed Residential Care Facility. Licensed by Community Care Licensing, Department of Social Services. We are licensed for 15 clients. Five of those beds can be used for non-ambulatory clients if needed. There is a Conditional Use Permit in place with the County and the CUP stays with the property and transfer with ownership. Selling business and building. All Beds are full at all times. We work with State and County Programs called Conditional Release and Supervised Treatment and Release. Upon Licensure you may pick what type of clients you want to serve. New owners will immediately become administrator to Fisher Place and immediately apply for Licensee. I will keep fisher place license on the wall until new owner license starts. This is a 9 bedroom and 4-bathroom facility. We have semi-private room with 1 staff room.
